luk33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "luk33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the luk33 platform at luk33.org, licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the luk33 platform for any purpose, including browsing, depositing, betting, or withdrawing.
• "Platform" refers to the luk33 website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services made available by luk33.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the luk33 registration process.
• "Funds" refers to the PKR balance held in a player's luk33 account, including deposited real money and credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet amounts, or incentive balances credited by luk33 subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must bet before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by luk33's licensing obligations before withdrawals are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary process by which a player requests that luk33 restrict or terminate their access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing or using any part of the luk33 platform — including registering an account, browsing the site, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and luk33. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the luk33 platform and must close your account if one has been created.

Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on luk33.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify luk33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• luk33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

luk33 operates a strict minimum age policy. Real-money gaming is available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location within Pakistan.

luk33 will require all players to complete a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name).

luk33 may request age and identity verification documents at any point during a player's use of the platform — not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on luk33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luk33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC where available.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are Rs 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though luk33 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with its AML obligations. Deposits are credited to your luk33 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed once a player has completed luk33's KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. luk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the luk33 account.
• luk33 does not accept third-party deposits or process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their payment provider.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player without first contacting luk33 support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and recovery action.

luk33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all luk33 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• luk33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-cashable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• luk33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses where it suspects abuse, fraud, or manipulation of any promotional offer.
• Players who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits that conflict with bonus eligibility may be excluded from certain promotions.

All bets placed on luk33 — whether on sports events, casino games, live dealer tables, or instant-win titles — are subject to the specific product rules published on the relevant game or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product.

For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. luk33 does not guarantee that odds will remain unchanged after a bet is confirmed.
• luk33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, where the result of that event was known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing or odds, luk33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• luk33 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or events at its discretion.
• PSL, international cricket, and all other sporting events are subject to their respective competition rules. luk33 will settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

For casino and live dealer games, all game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by real-world physical results in the case of live dealer games. luk33 does not intervene in game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the game engine or live dealer system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk33 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on luk33 under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including for placing bets or analysing game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illicit origin through the luk33 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses luk33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of luk33.

luk33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that for a small number of people it can become problematic. luk33 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

All content on the luk33 platform — including but not limited to the luk33 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of luk33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luk33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the luk33 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Using the luk33 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Framing or scraping luk33 content for use on external websites or applications.

Any unauthorised use of luk33 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

luk33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the luk33 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, and customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the luk33 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service thereon.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or delays affecting bet placement or game play.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luk33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

luk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• For responsible gaming reasons, including at the player's own request via self-exclusion.

Upon account termination, luk33 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to luk33. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds at the time of termination due to a player's breach will be forfeited in full.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact luk33 support at any time. Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested.

luk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luk33 will notify active players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the luk33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which luk33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to first submit a written complaint to luk33 via the support channel and allow luk33 a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the dispute internally. luk33 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may escalate the matter to luk33's licensing authority through the regulatory dispute resolution procedures established by that authority.
